Property blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island included in the released materials.
Also contained in this new image drop seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and features a notes section labelling different areas of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, featuring layouts for dock shelters.
Additional documentation released as part of the current investigative disclosure.
